Intelligence used to justify eating habits is not a new phenomenon – people would use all their intellectual might to justify eating food that they have been conditioned to, without questioning the basis of how such habits were formed. And of course, cognitive dissonance ensures that ad hominem attachs would ensue on anyone challenging their food eating habits.
Which is why we thought – what if we do not explicitly tell them to change their food habits but instead, help them to see the impact of their food choices ? This is what led to the vision of sustainable grub and we cant wait to show our approach to sustainability in events and restaurants.
